Tupelo, Miss., Oct. 30 - AltaLink LP sold C$500 million of 3.668% 10-year medium-term notes at par on Wednesday, according to an informed source.
The notes (/A-/DBRS: A) priced at a spread of 123 basis points over the interpolated Government of Canada bond curve.
Scotia Capital Inc., RBC Dominion Securities Inc. and BMO Capital Markets Corp. were the lead managers.
Proceeds will be used to repay short-term debt and for general corporate purposes.
Calgary, Alta.-based AltaLink is an electric power transmission company.
