S&P revises Alstria view to positive

S&P said it revised its outlook for Alstria Office REIT AG to positive from stable, citing improved credit metrics after asset sales over the last 12 months.

The agency said the metrics may remain strong for two to three years.

S&P affirmed the company’s BBB issuer and unsecured debt ratings.
