Global Safety Textiles reports $3.26 million net loss for October

Pittsburgh, Dec. 7 - Global Safety Textiles Holdings, LLC posted a $3.26 million net loss for October on $5.11 million in revenues, according to its monthly operating report filed Friday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

In comparison, the company recorded a $4.62 million net loss for September on $5.38 million in revenues.

Global Safety had $6.65 million in unrestricted cash and cash equivalents at Oct. 31, down from $8.05 million at the end of September.

Global Safety, a subsidiary of Greensboro, N.C.-based textile manufacturer International Textile Group, Inc., filed for bankruptcy on June 30. Its Chapter 11 case number is 09-12234.
