Alpine Ultra Short Tax Optimized Income's Adviser Class now Class A

San Diego, Nov. 28 - Alpine Income Trust announced that the Adviser Class of its Alpine Ultra Short Tax Optimized Income Fund will be renamed Class A as of Jan. 3, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The fund's fees will not be affected.

The fund's adviser is Purchase, N.Y.-based Alpine Woods Capital Investors, LLC.
