New Issue: GFL Environmental prices upsized $550 million eight-year notes at par to yield 4 3/8%

Portland, Ore., Aug. 3 – GFL Environmental, Inc. priced an upsized $550 million issue of eight-year senior notes (expected: B3/B-) at par to yield 4 3/8% in a Tuesday drive-by, according to market sources.

The issue size increased from $400 million.

The yield printed in the middle of yield talk in the 4 3/8% area. Initial guidance was in the mid-4% area.

Joint bookrunner Barclays will bill and deliver.

The Vaughan, Ont.-based diversified environmental services company plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, including acquisitions.
