KfW offers dollar-denominated benchmark notes due 2025, 2030

Los Angeles, Oct. 10 – KfW is planning a dollar-denominated benchmark offering of fixed-rate global notes in two parts, according to a notice.

KfW is offering notes due Sept. 29, 2025 and notes due Oct. 29, 2030.

Toronto-Dominion Bank, BofA Securities Europe SA, J.P. Morgan SE and HSBC Continental Europe are the managers.

The Securities and Exchange Commission-registered notes will be guaranteed by Germany.

KfW is a government-backed bank based in Frankfurt.
