Alpha Security investor Loeb no longer has a stake in the company

Charlotte, N.C., July 6 - Alpha Security Group Corp. investors led by Loeb Arbitrage Management, LLC sold their remaining 627,666 shares of the company's stock on May 29 priced at an average of $9.93 per share, according to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday.

Between March 13 and April 7, Loeb sold 122,334 shares priced from $9.94 to $9.97 each, a prior SEC filing said.

Loeb Arbitrage Fund no longer has a stake in the company.

Alpha Security, based in New York, currently does not have significant operations.
