Atlanta, May 10 - Geodynamics Ltd. said it has closed a private placement for A$5 million.
The company sold 3.2 million shares at A$1.55 each, a 12% discount to the weighted volume average share price for 20 consecutive trading days.
ABN Amro Morgans was the placement agent.
Based in Queensland, Australia, the company is a geothermal energy generation company.
