Malaysia's Genting plans to issue $300 million of bonds

New York, July 19 - Genting Bhd plans to issue a $300 million bond offering.

The tenor is expected to be five or 10 years.

Barclays Capital and Citigroup are running the deal for the Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia-based diversified company.
