By Caroline Salls

Pittsburgh, June 22 – Aloha Airlines, Inc. Chapter 7 trustee Dane S. Field said the company’s estate has been fully administered after a total of $30.49 million was distributed to claimants, according to a report filed June 19 with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Hawaii.

Field said $57.31 million in net receipts were received from liquidation of the property of the Aloha estate.

Of that amount, $30.43 million was used to pay secured claims and $53,670 went to holders of priority unsecured claims. A total of $26.82 million went toward administration expenses.

In connection with the final account and distribution report, Field asked the court to discharge him from his trustee duties.

Aloha, a Honolulu-based airline, filed for bankruptcy on March 20, 2008. Its Chapter 7 case number is 08-00337.
