S&P ups Gazprom
Standard & Poor's said it raised the short-term rating on OAO Gazprom to A-2 from A-3.
The upgrade follows a revision of the outlook to stable on Gazprom, which has a long-term corporate credit rating of BBB, S&P said.
The upgrade also considers the company's improved liquidity situation, the agency said.
