Morgantown, W.Va., Feb. 13 – The local executive body of the Almaty region of Kazakhstan held a special trading session on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange to place 0.15% two-year bonds.

No bonds were placed at Monday’s trading session, because the exchange accepted no single limited offset order, according to a stock exchange notice.

The administrative region had planned to issue KZT 1,995,267,000 of the bonds.
