Galaxy X CLO to redeem four series of senior, mezzanine notes

Minneapolis, Dec. 12 - Galaxy X CLO, Ltd. called its class A, B, C and D Rule 144 and Regulation S notes, according to a notice.

The following will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Jan. 14:

• $210,663,858.23 of class A senior notes;

• $21 million of class B senior notes;

• $22,225,000 of class C mezzanine notes; and

• $12,775,000 of class D mezzanine notes.

The Bank of New York Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
