Gail (India) board to discuss placement of bonds, issuing bonus shares

Norfolk, Va., Jan. 19 – Gail (India) Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors will meet on Wednesday to discuss raising funds through a private placement of bonds and issuing bonus shares.

Gail India is a state-owned natural gas processing and distribution company based in New Delhi.
