AAR to redeem all $325 million of 7¼% senior notes due Jan. 15, 2022

Norfolk, Va., March 31 – AAR Corp. called all $325 million of its 7¼% senior notes due Jan. 15, 2022, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on April 30.

U.S. Bank NA is the paying agent.

AAR is a Wood Dale, Ill.-based aerospace and defense contractor.
