Knoxville, Tenn., March 6 - Futura Medical plc said it will conduct a £1 million private placement of shares.
The company will sell 5 million ordinary shares at 20p apiece.
Canaccord Adams Ltd. is the broker.
Proceeds will be used for research and development as well as general corporate purposes.
Futura is a Guildford, England-based pharmaceutical and medical device company.
