Deal sells 4,044,000 of the company's common shares at $0.25 per share

Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 18 - Fulucai Productions Ltd. said it settled a $1.01 million private placement of stock.
The company sold 4,044,000 common shares at $0.25 apiece, which is identical to the closing share price on Feb. 14.
Proceeds will be used for development of the company's New Mexico oil and gas assets and general corporate purposes.
The oil and gas company is based in Calgary, Alta.
