New Issue: Fulton County Facilities, Ga., prices $110.89 million in COPs with 3.613% TIC

New York, Aug. 6 - Fulton County Facilities Corp., Ga., announced the pricing of $110.885 million series 2009 refunding certificates of participation (A1/AA-/AA-) at a 3.613% true interest cost on Wednesday, according to Bryce Holcomb, director of public finance for Citigroup Global Markets Inc. in Atlanta.

The bonds, which carry non-callable serial maturities from 2011 to 2019, have coupons from 3% to 5% with yields from 1.73% to 4.09%.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. acted as lead underwriter for the negotiated deal.

Proceeds will be used to refund the corporation's series 1999 bonds.

The Fulton County Facilities Corp. is located in Atlanta.
