Fulton County Facilities Corp., Ga., plans $112 million refunding COPs

New York, July 23 - The Fulton County Facilities Corp., Ga., plans to issue $112 million of refunding certificates of participation (A1/AA-/AA-) on July 27, according to a market source.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. will act as underwriter for the negotiated deal.

The bonds will carry serial maturities from 2011 to 2019.

The Fulton County Facilities Corp. is located in Atlanta, Ga.
