S&P rates Children's Healthcare of Atlanta bonds AA

Standard & Poor's said it assigned an AA standard long-term rating to DeKalb Private Hospital Authority, Ga.'s $120 million of variable-rate demand obligation, series 2008A, bonds and to Fulton County Development Authority, Ga.'s $73 million of series 2008B variable-rate demand obligation, both issued for Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.

S&P also said it affirmed its AA underlying rating on DeKalb's $150 million of series 2005A and 2005B bonds and Fulton County Development's $122.1 million of series 2005 A, 2005 B and 2005 C bonds, all issued for Children's Healthcare.

In additiona, S&P said it affirmed its AAA/A-1+ rating on DeKalb's series 1995A, 1995B, 1994A, 1994B, 1998A and 1999B bonds.

The outlook is stable.
