New Issue: Fulton County, Ga., prices $120 million TANs with 1.602% yield

New York, June 6 - Fulton County, Ga., priced $120 million in general fund tax anticipation notes (TANs), according to an official statement.

The notes (MIG1/SP-1+/F1+) are due Dec. 31, 2008 and have a 2.5% coupon to yield 1.602%.

Proceeds will be used to pay expenses incurred during the 2008 calendar year before revenues from taxes are received.

The notes were sold on a competitive basis, but the winning bidder was not immediately available.
