S&P rates Fulton County, Ga., notes SP-1+

Standard & Poor's said it assigned an SP-1+ rating on Fulton County, Ga.'s $120 million general fund tax anticipation notes due Dec. 31, 2008.

The series 2008 bonds are dated June 19.

The outlook is stable.
