New Issue: Fullerton India Credit sells S$150 million 3.7% notes due 2023

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 15 – Fullerton India Credit Co. Ltd. sold S$150 million of 3.7% senior secured notes due 2023, according to a notice of listing.

The lead managers and bookrunners for the Regulation S notes were Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd., Singapore Branch and Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Ltd.

Fullerton India is a non-banking financial company based in Mumbai.
