Phoenix, July 14 – Full Circle Capital Corp. priced a $12.5 million add-on to its 8.25% $25-par notes due June 30, 2020 (Nasdaq: FULLL), the company said in a press release on Monday.
The company originally issued $21.1 million – including a greenshoe – of the notes in June 2013.
The add-on notes were sold at $25.375, a 2.8% discount to the July 11 closing price of $26.08.
Interest is payable on the 30th day of March, June, September and December. The notes can be redeemed on or after June 30, 2016 at par plus accrued interest.
In addition to the notes sale, Full Circle also wrapped a $3.74 million offering of common stock.
Proceeds from both offerings will be used to repay outstanding debt.
Full Circle is a Rye Brook, N.Y.-based closed-end investment company.
