New Issue: Taiwan's Taipei Fubon Bank prices NT$2.55 billion 1½% seven-year debentures at par

Madison, Wis., Nov. 4 - Fubon Financial Holdings Co. Ltd. announced the issue of NT$2.55 billion of subordinated financial debentures on behalf of Taipei Fubon Bank.

The seven-year debentures priced at par with a coupon of 1½%.

Proceeds will be used to meet mid- or long-term funding needs or to raise the BIS ratio.

This is the bank's eighth issue of financial debentures in 2010.

Fubon Financial is a financial services company based in Taipei, Taiwan.
