Barclays plans partial principal at risk notes tied to FTSE China

Madison, Wis., June 10 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% equity-linked partial principal at risk securities due June 25, 2020 tied to the FTSE China 25 index, according to an FWP with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10.00 plus any index gain.
If the index declines, investors will receive par plus the index return, subject to a minimum payout of $9.00 per note.
Barclays is the agent. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management will handle distribution.
The notes are expected to price on June 20.
The Cusip number is 06742W760.
