New Issue: Barclays prices $3.69 million partial principal at risk notes linked to FTSE China

Tacoma, Wash., March 14 - Barclays Bank plc priced $3.69 million of 0% equity-linked partial principal at risk securities due March 18, 2019 linked to the FTSE China 25 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus the index return, subject to a minimum payout of $9 per note if the return is negative and a maximum payout of $16 per note if the return is positive.
Barclays is the agent. Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC is handling distribution.
