New Issue: JPMorgan prices $562,000 notes due 2022 tied to basket of indexes

Columbus, Ohio, March 11 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $562,000 of notes due July 12, 2022 linked to a basket of indexes, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The basket consists of the Euro Stoxx 50 index with an initial weight of 42%, the FTSE 100 index with an initial weight of 15%, the Hang Seng China index with an initial weight of 12%, the MSCI Emerging Markets index with an initial weight of 10%, the Topix index with an initial weight of 10%, the S&P/TSX 60 index with an initial weight of 8% and the S&P/ASX 200 index with an initial weight of 3%.
If the basket return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 105% of any basket gain. If the basket falls or is flat, investors will receive par.
