New Issue: UBS prices $3.61 million capped buffer gears linked to index basket

Olympia, Wash., Dec. 4 – UBS AG London Branch priced $3.61 million of 0% capped buffer gears due Nov. 30, 2020 linked to a basket of indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket consists of the Euro Stoxx 50 index with a 40% weight, the FTSE 100 index with a 20% weight, the Nikkei 225 index with a 20% weight, the Swiss Market index with a 7.5% weight, the S&P/ASX 200 index with a 7.5% weight and the Hang Seng index with a 5% weight.
If the basket finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times the basket gain, up to a maximum return of par plus 59%.
If the basket falls by no more than 10%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the basket beyond the 10% buffer.
