Credit Suisse plans digital plus CS notes linked to FTSE 100

New York, Nov. 1 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% digital plus CS notes due Dec. 3, 2024 linked to the FTSE 100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the index return and a fixed payment percentage expected to be between 14% and 16% to be determined at pricing.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes are expected to price on Nov. 27 and settle on Nov. 30.

The Cusip number is 22551LK66.
