New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.95 million trigger gears tied to index, fund basket

Chicago, Oct. 25 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.95 million of 0% trigger gears due Oct. 15, 2021 linked to a basket of indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket consists of the WisdomTree India Earnings fund with a 20% weight, the Hang Seng index with a 20% weight, the Nikkei 225 index with a 20% weight, the Euro Stoxx 50 index with a 20% weight, the S&P/ASX 200 index with a 10% weight and the FTSE 100 index with a 10% weight.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 1.75 times any basket gain.
If the basket falls by up to the 70% downside threshold, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
