Credit Suisse plans digital plus CS notes due 2024 tied to FTSE 100

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 16 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% digital plus CS notes due Oct. 30, 2024 linked to the FTSE 100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the return and 14% to 16%.

If the index falls or remains flat, the payout will be par.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes (Cusip: 22551LFL9) will price on Oct. 26 and settle on Oct. 30.
