New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $1.37 million trigger gears due 2023 on basket

Olympia, Wash., July 17 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.37 million of 0% trigger gears due July 18, 2023 linked to a basket of indexes and a fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
The basket consists of the Euro Stoxx 50 index, the Hang Seng index, the Nikkei 225 index and the WisdomTree India Earnings Fund, each with a 20% weight, and the FTSE 100 index and the S&P/ASX 200 index, each with a 10% weight.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 2.14 times any basket gain.
Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 40% and will be fully exposed to any losses if it finishes below its 60% downside threshold.
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent with UBS Financial Services Inc. as placement agent.
