Barclays plans to price buffered SuperTrack notes linked to FTSE 100

New York, June 4 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due July 2, 2020 linked to the FTSE 100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus two times any gain in the index capped at par plus 60% to 62%. The exact maximum return will be set at pricing.

If the index falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price on June 29 and settle on July 5.

The Cusip number is 06746XEF6.
