JPMorgan to price uncapped buffered return enhanced notes on FTSE 100

Olympia, Wash., June 1 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% uncapped buffered return enhanced notes due Dec. 31, 2021 linked to the FTSE 100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index closes at or above its initial value, the payout at maturity will be par plus at least 2.1 times any index gain. The exact participation rate will be set at pricing.
If the index declines by up to 20%, the payout will be par. Investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 20%.

The notes (Cusip: 48129MZC3) will price June 26 and settle June 29.
