New Issue: JPMorgan sells $800,000 uncapped buffered return enhanced notes tied to index, ETF basket

Columbus, Ohio, April 12 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $800,000 of 0% uncapped buffered return enhanced notes due April 25, 2019 linked to a basket of indexes and exchange traded funds, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket consists of the Euro Stoxx 50 index with a 36% weight, the FTSE 100 index with a 20.25% weight, the Nikkei 225 index with a 20.25% weight, the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF with a 10% weight, the Swiss Market index with a 6.75% weight and the S&P/ASX 200 index with a 6.75% weight.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.43 times any basket gain.
Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 25% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
