Deutsche Bank plans accelerated return securities linked to FTSE 100

Morgantown, W.Va., Feb. 12 – Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch plans to price 0% accelerated return securities due Aug. 31, 2021 linked to the FTSE 100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus at least 267% of the index return. The exact upside leverage factor will be set at pricing. Investors will receive par if the index falls by 25% or less and will be fully exposed to the index’s decline from its initial level if it falls by more than 25%.

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. is the agent.

The notes will price on Feb. 23.

The Cusip number is 25155MJE2.
