Barclays to price 3.5-year SuperTrack notes linked to FTSE 100 index

Morgantown, W.Va., Oct. 31 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% SuperTrack notes due May 7, 2021 linked to the FTSE 100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 2.15 times the index return.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 30% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline below the initial level if the index finishes below the 70% barrier level.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price on Nov. 1.

The Cusip number is 06744CKW0.
