Credit Suisse plans Accelerated Return Equity Securities on FTSE 100

Madison, Wis., Dec. 19 – Credit Suisse AG plans to price 0% Accelerated Return Equity Securities due Sept. 11, 2017 linked to the FTSE 100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 195% times any index gain. Investors will share in any losses.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Dec. 22 and settle on Dec. 29.

The Cusip number is 22547QZR0.
