Barclays Bank Delaware plans CDs due 2020 linked to three indexes

Madison, Wis., May 6 - Barclays Bank Delaware plans to price certificates of deposit due May 29, 2020 linked to a basket of equally weighted indexes, according to a term sheet.
The underlying indexes are the S&P 500 index, the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the FTSE 100 index.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 100% to 120% of any basket gain. Investors will receive at least par.
Barclays is the agent. Incapital LLC is the distributor.
The CDs will price on May 24 and settle on May 31.
The Cusip number is 06740AZG7.
