Eksportfinans plans enhanced notes linked to international indexes

San Diego, May 20 - Eksportfinans ASA plans to price 0% enhanced growth securities with leveraged upside due July 23, 2014 linked to a basket of international indexes via Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The equally weighted basket components are the DAX index, the CAC 40 index, the FTSE 100 index and the IBEX 35 index.

The payout at maturity will be par plus double any gain in the basket, subject to a maximum payment of $1,400 per $1,000 note.

Investors will be fully exposed to losses in the basket.

The notes are expected to price and settle in May.
