New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.16 million uncapped digital barrier notes linked to FTSE 100
New York, Nov. 16 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.16 million of 0% uncapped digital barrier notes due Nov. 16, 2028 linked to the FTSE 100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes flat or gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the index return and 50.5%.
The payout will be par if the index declines but finishes at or above its 60% barrier. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines from initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
