New Issue: Citigroup prices $761,000 buffered notes linked to basket of indexes

Tacoma, Wash., May 17 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $761,000 of 0% buffered equity index basket-linked notes due Dec. 8, 2023 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index (36% weight), the Topix index (26% weight), the FTSE 100 index (17% weight), the Swiss Market index (12% weight) and the S&P/ASX 200 index (9% weight), according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the basket return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 170% of the basket return, subject to a maximum return of 22.984%. Investors will receive par if the basket declines by 15% or less and will lose 1.1765% for every 1% that it declines beyond 15%.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
