New Issue: TD Bank prices $10.9 million capped notes linked to basket of eight indexes

Buffalo, N.Y., Feb. 7 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $10.9 million of 0% capped notes due Jan. 29, 2027 linked to a weighted basket of indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket consists of the S&P 500 index with a 50% weight, the Russell 2000 index with a 20% weight, the Euro Stoxx 50 index with a 12% weight, the FTSE 100 index with a 6% weight, the Nikkei Stock Average index with a 6% weight, the Swiss Market index with a 2.25% weight, the S&P/ASX 200 index with a 2.25% weight and the FTSE China 50 index with a 1.5% weight.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 1.5 times any basket gain, subject to a maximum return of par plus 75.2%.
Investors will be fully exposed to any basket decline.
