New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $4.4 million gears tied to index basket

Columbus, Ohio, May 28 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $4.4 million of 0% gears due May 12, 2026 linked to a basket of indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The basket includes the MSCI Emerging Markets index with a 50% weight, the Euro Stoxx 50 index with a 20% weight, the FTSE 100 index with a 15% weight and the Nikkei 225 index with a 15% weight.

If the basket return is greater than zero, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 1.9 times the basket return. Investors will be fully exposed to any loss of the basket.
