FT 3386 registers High Yield Corporate Trust, Short Intermediate units

Minneapolis, Jan. 19 - FT 3386 has registered units of its High Yield Corporate Trust, Short Intermediate, Series 2, according to an S-6 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The depositor is Wheaton, Ill.-based First Trust Portfolios LP.
The trust will seek to distribute high current monthly income and to preserve capital by investing in a portfolio of interest-bearing corporate debt obligations.
Each of the units will carry a maximum sales charge of 2.95%. The fee may be reduced on a sliding scale depending on the amount of investment.
The trust will have an initial date of deposit in February.
