FT 3370 registers units of four Target March 2012 portfolios

Minneapolis, Jan. 27 - FT 3370 registered units of its Dow Target 10 March 2012, Target Focus Four March 2012, Target Triad March 2012 and Target VIP March 2012 portfolios, according to an S-6 amendment filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The depositor is Wheaton, Ill.-based First Trust Portfolios LP.

Each trust will seek above-average total return.

The Dow Target 10 Portfolio, which invests in stocks with high dividend yields, will have a public offering price of $10 per unit and a net asset value of $9.680 each.

The Target Focus portfolio, which invests in the common stocks of companies that are selected by applying four separate specialized strategies, will have a public offering price of $10 per unit and a net asset value of $9.686 each.

The Target Triad portfolio, which invests in the common stocks of companies that are selected by applying three separate specialized strategies, will have a public offering price of $10 per unit and a net asset value of $9.683 each.

The Target VIP portfolio, which invests in the common stocks of companies that are selected by applying six separate specialized strategies, will have a public offering price of $10 per unit and a net asset value of $9.683 each.

Each unit will carry a maximum sales charge of 2.95%, consisting of an initial sales charge of 1%, a deferred sales charge of 1.45% and a creation and development fee of 0.5%. The maximum fee for unit purchasers of $50,000 or more is 2.7% and decreases on a sliding scale to 1.4% for investments of $1 million or more.

The trusts will have an initial date of deposit in March. The Dow Target 10 portfolio has and a mandatory termination date of March 28, 2013, while the other three have a mandatory termination date of May 31, 2013.
