FT 3312 offers units of its Select DSIP Portfolio

Minneapolis, Jan. 17 - FT 3312 is offering units of its Select DSIP Portfolio, First Quarter 2012 Series, according to a form 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The depositor is Wheaton, Ill.-based First Trust Portfolios LP.

The trust seeks to provide an attractive stream of income, reduce volatility and modify risk.

On Jan. 17, the trust's initial date of deposit, $176,180 of contracts to purchase securities comprised the trust. The 17,796 units have an initial offering price of $10 and a net asset value of $9.676 each. The estimated net annual distribution per unit for the first year is $0.2394.

The units each carry a maximum sales charge of 2.95%, consisting of a 1% initial sales charge, a 1.45% deferred sales charge and a 0.5% creation and development fee. The fee may be reduced on a sliding scale depending on the amount of investment.

The trust has mandatory termination date of April 15, 2013.
