FSI International files $50 million shelf covering stock, preferreds

Knoxville, Tenn., March 30 - FSI International, Inc. filed a $50 million shelf registration in an S-3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The registration covers common stock, preferred stock, warrants and units.

The preferreds may be structured as convertibles.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Based in Chaska, Minn., FSI manufactures equipment used in the fabrication of microelectronics.
