Commonwealth holders may convert 3.25% convertibles due 2023

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 23 - Frontier Communications Corp. said that the $8.54 million in 3.25% convertible notes due 2023 and 2005 series A 3.25% convertible notes due 2023 issued by its subsidiary, Commonwealth Telephone Enterprises, LLC, will be convertible from Oct. 1 through Dec. 31.
Based in Stamford, Conn., Frontier is a communications company providing services to rural areas and small- and medium-sized towns and cities.
